일반 목장은 기혼자 가정들로 구성되는 지구촌 교회 대표적인 목장교회 형태입니다. 주로 지역이나 연령을 중심으로 구성되며, 지속적으로 성장하는 지구촌 교회 안에서 마을별 혹은 특성별로 교우들에게 안정적인 가족구조를 제공하여 교회정착과 영적 성숙, 공동체적 봉사(선교와 구제)를 실현하도록 섬기며 더 나아가 목장 재생산을 통한 하나님 나라 확장에 기여하고자 합니다.
